One of the best apartment complexes I've dealt with. There's actually people in the office that answer questions and keep you updated. Maintenance was on top of a repair I needed done. Clean facilities and grounds.

Beware!! Sharing my story. I was trying to live in this property but there is some lack of professionalism. Some of them can be rude, especially Mya, she doesn’t have any patience, she will argue with you and think she is doing you a favor rather than her work. I am really disappointed because they took my money for the approval, once I got approved (paid $80 for 2 people) and qualified (good credit and no criminal records), she said that the final step was getting a renter verification back from my old apartment (to see if ... read more
I relocated for a local aerospace company and worked with orchard cove for an apartment. They worked with me and stayed in contact as I transitioned from Florida to Utah. Maya helped me with everything I needed, she was awesome from the time I was signing a lease to the time I moved out and bought a house.
