Best place I've lived since I've been back to Lawrence. Only lived here as a summer sublet but the pool was in service, I could go to the study area, since I don't have a router, to use the internet; the grounds are kept up nicely, the laundry room was clean, the maintenance responded and fixed requests, the management was helpful and fair. I would say to continue changing out the porches where you already started, and there seems to be a drainage issue near the lower buildings and slime and slippery mess build up.
