This is in response to Alfred's negative review of Orchard. Alfred, I am sorry your experience through the restroom renovation by the ownership has not been ideal. All tenants were notified that the restrooms were being renovated and a schedule was provided, as well as ongoing updates throughout the construction process. The HVAC failure was unrelated to the construction and a part had to be ordered, but a temporary fix was installed until the part arrived. I've had a horrible experience as a tenant. They schedule construction all around existing tenants, does not notify tenants of outages with water and air conditioning in the middle of summer, and ignores requests for improvement over unsafe + hazardous work environments / air quality created by the construction crew. My employees cannot use the leased office due to the unprofessional property management, and we will not be renting from any property managed by this company in the future
