We’ve had a wonderful experience with Orchard Cleaning Service. Our cleaner, Lindsay, is fantastic—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thorough. She communicates well, asks thoughtful questions to make sure she understands our preferences, and consistently leaves our home looking great. We really appreciate the care and attention she brings to her work and highly recommend her!

The team at Orchard was great. They were easy to communicate with and responsive. The house looked great when they were finished. It ended up being a little more expensive than I expected but they checked with me before proceeding with the extra time and that was fine. I appreciated how much they communicated with me and also that they stuck to their timeline. I would definitely use them again.

I was very excited to use this company as it is important to me to use nontoxic cleaners in my home. They also had great reviews and have been in business for a long time so I thought I would have a great experience. I will start and say that the ladies that showed up to my house, were very nice and very personable but I was not happy with the quality of work. Several things were missed that I was told was included in the service. I documented with photos and videos and the team was sent back out. I had a list two pages lon... read more
