My wife and I loved living here for 2 years. The location is awesome and the units are all really nicely laid out - the finishes are modern but not sterile. The private garages are also really great. There's so much to do within walking distance that we never really got bored. Regarding the management: Maintenance requests were quickly resolved and Sureni with the leasing office was always very responsive. I recently took a tour here, I have always passed by these apartments and thought it would be so convenient to live so close to downtown Campbell and the Los Gatos trails. With the private garages for each apartment and seems like a sweet deal since parking is hard to come by in Campbell.
I was looking to rent close to DT Campbell and found this place. I'm currently on a waitlist but Sureni was very helpful answering all my questions and would reach out if anything opened up. The neighborhood is quiet and the building is very well kept up.
I'd advise extreme caution before renting at this property. The superb location is a definite plus, and likely the reason they feel justified in dramatically increasing rent whenever possible. We're currently being asked for a 6% increase on our year-long lease. Our experience with a broken mailbox was also concerning; the only solution offered by management was to frequently check our mail to prevent significant losses. Good neighborhood. However, management cuts corners with maintenance and repairs. Large yellow stains on floors, doors kicked in without replacement, damaged cabinet doors with holes through them. These issues have been brought up to the leasing company and their responses have been apathetic.
