Do not rent from these people, they have major problems even if your paid on time. R$b has bad gambling problems. He will say your rents not paid. And they cobble everything.
Bad experience do not recommend, did not receive full security deposit back, spend 2.5 days repainting and making sure the apartment was spotless, apartment room was more then perfect, the place was a dump when me and my wife moved in, new paint on the walls, all carpet was spotless the kitchen was repainted. Still did not get full security deposit back. DONT RECOMMEND. Horrible landlord. You will lose at least half or more than your security if you move into this place, and also a lot of questionable people live here.
Clean
They will not refund your full security deposit. Our whole family went up there to clean the apartment and we actually left it in better shape than when she moved in. They deducted $75 for vacuuming carpets, $75 for cleaning bathroom, and $75 for cleaning kitchen.
There apartments are clean in a security locked buildings with security cameras at every angle of the building.
