DONT MOVE HERE! I have not had air for the last 3 Months they do not want to take my rental assistance even though I qualify as a single mother through the state of Ohio.
I cleaned a couple apartments here very nice apartments all new floors and the upstairs are new carpet in the entire upstairs... Very nice staff
The management and staff at lare friendly and responsive. The leasing office staff is always helpful and professional. The apartments are well-maintained and spacious.
Jermeria does very well and keeping up with the tenants, she’s very sweet and easy to talk to!
Have not had heat or air conditioning for about 6 months at least. Have other maintenance related issues that are fire hazard. I have told maintenance and the leasing agents about these items. I was told they are cosmetic and I have to wait my time to get them done. Rent keeps going up.
