Do not move here. This is my first and last year. They do not show you your unit until after you sign your lease and pay all your money. They give you a form to fill out for any issues with the apartment. My lease is almost over and they have never fixed one item on that list. No matter how much you call or email they will constantly give you the runaround and fake updates on things they have no intention of getting repaired. I noticed there haven’t been many recent positive reviews, or really any reviews at all, so I wanted to make sure I shared my experience. I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the older reviews about communication, but I’m really glad I didn’t let that hold me back. I don’t think it’s fair how some renters get same day maintenance requests handled no problem. Then others have to call multiple times & literally begging to get the something looked at when my rent is paid. I’ve called twice and have been told two different times problem still had not been addressed.
Well I'm sorry to hear about most of your reviews well I went to this place back in 2015 they were really nice to me I was scared because the place I was living at raised my rent and I was going to be forced to move and when I seen their apartment hear I lived it I remember it had a stand up washer and dryer the carpets were nice and new but unfortunately my housing wouldn't let me move hear for what reason I don't know but I do remember this place was beautiful but I haven't been back since .
