I moved out of Orchard Apartments seven months ago, and I received my full rent, ledger and partial deposit back. 7 months later they send me to collections stating I owe miscellaneous charges for 564. when I asked what its regarding they never give me a direct answer or any documentation. This is now showing up on my credit as a debt to landlord, which is preventing me from renting in the future.
I've been living here 6 years I love my apartment they switched over to New Management Company the office staff are so nice and friendly easy to work with they are great about getting maintenance request done within a reasonable amount of time the only problem that I have is all the homeless people living in the woods and for the last two or three nights we've had people walking up and down shooting guns I understand the office can't control all that it just seems like it's gotten really worse this last 3 or 4 months not wit... read more
