My family and I have lived here for quite some time now. We do not plan on extending our lease once it is up this time. This apartment complex def flopped once we got new management. When I first moved in back in 2021, it was owned by a different management company and it was great. NOW, completely different story. TLDR, 5 maintence requests about my AC not working since 5/28 was just finally fixed on 6/7. 5 requests it took to finally fix this while I’m sitting in 80 degree apt. Second, hottub in swimming pool broken for 2 seasons and this year no different. I’m telling u this place def gone down hill while rents go up every year and more and more tenants move out. I had a great experience visiting this apartment complex! We stopped by on the weekend without an appointment, and the leasing office staff (I think she said her name is Jamie) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us the floor plan and explained everything in detail without making us feel rushed. It really made a difference and left a great impression. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend checking this place out!
The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and responsive. Pretty quiet neighborhood, very family friendly.
Brian, one of the Maintenance Techs here has been fantastic. I have had a few issues over the last couple of months and he’s been very responsive and gets resolution quickly and professionally. I’d give him 5 stars for sure.
