Great place to call home.
Great first starter apartment! A lot of different floor plans making it super easy to find something we liked! Very easy to get onto the highway and commute throughout Columbus while also being secluded enough to feel like we aren’t in the main city. The pool is a short walk even from the furthest apartment building and I never found it to ever be “too” crowded when we went. The Orchard is a great place to live
My husband and I have lived at The Orchard for 3 yrs and love it ! We love our community, and the office staff and maintenance are always available to help and work out any problems or issues . The upgrades around the community have been amazing and we are so excited to see what is coming up next ! The scenery with the ponds and trees is so peaceful .
We loved the place when we saw the staged model room and all of the amenities around the front clubhouse area. It’s beautiful there!! But… the back is a totally different story. No sidewalks so walking a dog or going on a walk is not enjoyable. You will be walking in the streets dodging geese poo and zooming cars. The landscaping was always awful, we were hoping it was just winter time and it looked bad but through the summer the exact same.
