I have loved living here for the past year! I rarely have any issues, but when I do they are always handled promptly and attended to with care. I want to praise the staff for their hard work and dedication. I especially want to name Aubrey Botts, she is so great and helpful!
I recently toured Orchard Apartments and had such a great experience! Aubrey gave me the tour and she was incredibly nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. The community is beautiful, and Aubrey really made the visit stand out. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with her if you’re considering Orchard Apartments!
I’ve had a really good experience at The Orchard. It’s clean, quiet, and just feels like a solid place to live. Maintenance has been quick whenever I needed anything, which I really appreciate. Aubrey in the leasing office is honestly the best. She made everything super easy from the start and has always been helpful and responsive. She’s friendly and actually cares, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend living here.
I would give no stars if possible. My daughter recently moved into these apartments. Day of move the person working the office was 45 minutes late because they stopped and got themselves Dunkin Donuts, how do I know that, oh she got out of her car with it in hand, so I asked if she needed help carrying it in. This caused us to be 45 minutes late in our moving process. No apology given. It is a residential housing/apartments that are located in Dublin Ohio. Nice pool, there is a patio area with grills, a gas fed fireplace, and a gym with plenty of equipment all on site.
