Lived at the orchard for 1 year. TLDR: Nice apartment, but management may ignore you Pros: The layout of the complex is nice and I thought my apartment had a great layout. Never had any issues with my neighbors. Maintenance staff were always polite. Cons: Pests. The attic space above my unit had an on-again/off-again pest problem with raccoons. They would keep me up all hours of the night and made it impractical to sleep in my apartment. They also tore up the insulation and ducting so my unit was never able to keep temperatu... read more
I would not recommend this property, every time I have a service issue, it takes weeks for it to get completed. If something breaks down expect for it to get fixed after a while. Last summer when my AC was shot, it took them 3 days to address the issue (mind you this is considered an emergency request) It’s a constant. My dryer vent has been blocked, I put in the service request at the office and it’s the weekend now. The issue still hasn’t been addressed yet. Great place to call home.
Great first starter apartment! A lot of different floor plans making it super easy to find something we liked! Very easy to get onto the highway and commute throughout Columbus while also being secluded enough to feel like we aren’t in the main city. The pool is a short walk even from the furthest apartment building and I never found it to ever be “too” crowded when we went.
