Will violate your lease with no second thoughts. I was given two weeks of notice to move units down the street in the middle of winter - no moving fees covered - 4 months into an 11 month lease. All to renovate my overpriced $1350/mo hobbit hole a few months early, so they can charge $1750/mo for a hobbit hole with new paint and a functional shower. 500 square feet, galley kitchen, no amenities - what a deal! These guys are human!!!! They understand the need to be heard!! They are not out to nickel and dime you!!! They provide safe, clean units in a speedy manner!!! They are trustworthy, and most importantly, accommodating!!! I highly recommend these guys!!! They are the best…. Thank you so much for your courtesy and understanding.
