Joann was super unprofessional and rude. My partner answered the phone and asked “who is this” and all she said was “Joann” … Okay?? From where?? She very irritatingly said “from orca information” which maybe she could have said that first instead of saying her name like as if we were supposed to know her? We dont usually answer random phone numbers.. And then when we paused trying to figure out what “Orca information” even was and she hung up on us. INACCURATE CREDIT SCORE!! I noticed many of these reviews are from the perspective of the users of the service, and I am writing about my experience as a potential tenant who was screened by a management company for a rental property- who used Orca. Both credit scores (my spouse and myself) were WRONG and too low by more than 100 points. I checked my score on TransUnion, which is the same company Orca claimed to use and my score was off by 129 points- similarly for my spouse as well.
