Nothing but fantastic experiences here. The whole team is gentle and caring. Dr. Gill did three fillings in an hour. She was so gentle with the injections, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and gave me time to relax my jaw. It was as easy and stress-free as a cleaning. Shout out to the hygienic team who are consistently thoughtful and kind as well.
The new office is disappointing to say the least. It went from welcoming and friendly to the complete opposite. The dark haired lady at the front has poor customer service and should not give patience attitude or snotty responses when asked simple questions. I will definitely be switching dentists.
Felt forced into root canal option in initial visit.. Went for a temporary filling took 3 hours was told by dentist while assistant wasn't present that he can't finish it because it was still infected even though took antibiotics for 2 weeks prior and pain totally dissapeared. Then when walking out with only the assistant got told they couldn't finish because oven wouldn't get hot enough. They drained my dental allowance that I pay for every week. $2500 yearly allowance for 2 cleanings and 17 exrays and no follow up. Such a waste of time. And the staff constantly changed. Plus if your on a schedule you might wait in the seat awhile. A little research on my part suggests Orca is a bought out corporation.
