I have been seeing Dr. Lou for years now, and she is wonderful. If you are like me (terrified of the chair) then this is the place for you! Patience and care is what Orca is all about.
Hygienist is always super kind and gentle. All her recommendations have made a world of difference for me. They are on top of dental coverage and communicate it well.
The world's kindest, and efficient staff that value your feelings and thoughts and try and make the experience as quick and painless as possible! Thank you Dr Gill and all the people who make that place an actual joy to be at and I usually really hate dentist visit, but people like Lindsey and Dr Gill make it a fun experience! Apologies to my first hygienist as her name is slipped my mind but she too was a complete joy during my very scary extraction and mini exam visit!!!
My friend recommended me to go there to start seeing the dentist after a long time not going. The staff were always supportive and helpful. From the check ups, cleanings, fillings, and referring me to a specialist for tooth extractions, they always provide excellent service.
The staff are always professional, friendly and trustworthy.
