I’ve been living here for 3 years and I would not recommend it at all. I’ve been hearing drilling noises in my apartment day and night for nearly the entire time I’ve lived here. I complained to the landlord, nothing has been done about it. I complained to the property manager, nothing has been done about it. Complained to 311, nothing has been done about it.
Pretty noisy if you face Kingston Road. Otherwise well run, nice building.
