I thought I would never go there but since I love ear piercings (have 9 ear piercings in total) 2 cartilage earrings were waayyy too tight that there’s was no way to take them out. I went to Orbit and Phil removed both of those tight earrings! I’m forever grateful to him! I honestly thought he would break the earrings to remove them but he didn’t. PHIL IS THE BEST!!!!! & since I was there I took advantage to re-pierced a cartilage piercing that got closed. I don’t know the name of the girl who pierced my ear but she was soo ... read more

I had my nose pierced about 3 years ago by Jasmine. She is such a sweetheart. I was in the store yesterday and she took such good care of me along with all the rest of the staff. You guys rock👍🏽
