Only complaint is they don’t offer early check in, not even for a fee, so check in isn’t until 4pm. Our family arrives early so we don’t waste a day of vacation just traveling and can actually enjoy the destination day of. Rooms are always clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. Every room is 2 bedroom, so I think it’s strange that 1 bedrooms are even offered if you get 2 for the same price, but we figured that out early on. Staff is friendly. Not at all impressed with the front end service no empathy, don't care. Do not let you know when your condo is ready. Unless you sit and wait, I guess in the lobby. But yet they take your phone number, and they tell you that they'll call you or send you a text. Nope, none of that.
I want to share my experience so others can be aware. Unfortunately, this resort provided very poor service. Here’s what happened: • The bathroom was broken, and even after reporting it several times, no one fixed it. • They even disconnected the phone in my room so I couldn’t reach the reception or complain. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a place that claims to be a quality resort.
