The Orbit Garage Door Repairs did a great job repairing our broken garage door spring. Spoke to salesperson over phone who was very knowledgeable about our issue and the needed repair. Our technician was 20 mins early for our appointment. There was only one small misstep, I didn’t get a heads up call from the office that the tech was on his way. I called this morning. Jimmy said he would send someone out between 9-12. Eli called about 10 AM and arrived shortly before 11. Eli was able to replace both springs and more in under a hour. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The door works well and we should be good for sometime.
The spring on our garage door broke. The door would only open a few inches. We got in contact with the technician from Orbit Garage Door Repairs. He came the same day and promptly fixed the problem. He showed us how to maintain the springs going forward so they should last for years to come. he even went out of his way to complete the initial job and then proceeded to inspect my other two doors. He applied lubricant and also fixed a loose bracket. Couldn't be more happier!
Good service and quick response times but most important stand behind their product/services. Had a spring go and received prompt response and repair. New springs were a little too strong and cables jumped off about 9 months later. Got a same day response and repair and tech that came knew his stuff and went above and beyond to make it right. Highly Recommend.
