My son goes there to Orbit Eyecare on 4th and they are sooo helpful and understanding thats the front desk I wish I remembered her name !! Anyways the doctor ... he is amazing liked i said my grown son has been going there for 2 years and his eyesight is really bad ... this doctor got his prescription on point this is the best he has ever seen thanks to the eye doctor now buying the glasses they work with you and give you a great price!! This place is super slow and not good at communicating with customer. Got something dropped on my eyes during the appointment, wasn’t told about its effect. Till I requested lenses replacement and was asked to sign paper. I told her I couldn’t see anything , so I couldn’t sign, then she told me it’s normal because of the dilution. I signed anyway. I asked how long and she said 45 minutes. Then I had to ask again if my glass with lenses replacement would take 2 weeks, she answered yes. Well, no one in this office seemed to be... read more

Worst customer care after visit I don’t know what happened I have tried to call back after having a great experience but can not get through no human interaction phone message dont get answered or anybody answering calls or returning calls blame it on Covid that’s over change your recording at both locations What Happened!!!! Answer your phones!!!
