I had Dr. Rumbach today and felt so intimidated by his rough and rushing manner. Did not spend time and give you comfy or respect with his act. I read so many unfriendly reviews about him but just wanted to give a chance to see if he might be different with my case, and I did waste my time. The glasses I’m wearing was made 5 years ago out of the country and he said my eyes are almost the same with the old prescription, which I’m pretty sure it is absolutely not as my vision got down over time. Been coming for years they are always so professional and quick. Took my daughter for her first “big girl” exam and they were AMZING with her and helped ease her nerves.
Orbit Eye care is just the best place with the absolute nicest staff. I recently made the mistake of trying a new eye place closer to home and VERY quickly made my way back to Orbit Eyecare. I was literally at my wits end when I showed up at Orbit's office for a contact lens fitting. When I say wits end, I mean on the verge of tears and overwhelmed.
