I had a very disappointing experience with Orbit Eye Care. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance, only to have them call and reschedule it. Then, on the day of the new appointment, they called me again that same morning to cancel and reschedule once more. This level of unreliability is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. I won’t be returning and would not recommend them if you’re looking for dependable scheduling.
Another year and another great experience at Orbit Eyecare & Optical. I arrived early and was taken in very quickly and received wonderful care by the very professional staff. It's like a visit with friends, with full explanations of every step of the examination that had me quickly on my way. I definitely recommend Orbit Eyecare!
Great staff all around, good technology and good selection of glasses.
Wonderful and very friendly service! I’m so happy to have switched offices, will be coming here from now on.
