Staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. Whole process went super smooth, start to finish!
Staff are professional and have always been sensitive to both my sons having Autism/Intellectual Disability. Only observation was with billing closeout and glasses person. The individual had no knowledge of Medicare Advantage coverage for exams and glasses. Luckily I have a secondary insurance that I used for the visit.
The staff is really nice but the quality of glasses is terrible! My glasses have an intense blue tint that gives an awful glare and my sunglasses are so warped I cant even see out of them! I will never buy glasses here again.
