I’ve been calling for the past 5 days, left a voicemail on the first day I called giving my name, number, and why I was calling, I get sent straight to voicemail and have not received a call back very disappointing

I used to rant and rave about this optometrist office. Unfortunately, in the last few years, I have had nothing but bad experiences. Dr. Carlisle is still great. Unfortunately we have not been scheduled with him for our last few visits, even though I specifically asked for it. My daughter decided she wanted contacts. We went in for her yearly visit, let the doctor no, and he was visibly annoyed. When the appointment was over, the person who checks you out gave us incorrect information, even though they had to keep going back... read more
