Absolutely ridiculous!!! Showed the lady at the front desk my confirmation email… her response was “oh you scheduled online, that confirmation needs to be confirmed before the appointment is placed” when I asked her why it shows confirmed her response was “well we are booked so I can schedule you for next week or you can feel free to find somewhere else to go” What is the point of a confirmation email, that said show up 30 minutes prior to appointment, if they aren’t going to honor their appointments. I regret coming here. I regret not having read recent reviews. I had such a great experience here a few years ago for myself and my children. I waited over an hour. I suggested rescheduling and was assured I was going to be seen next. There was confusion about the testing, and i had to ask if the screenings would take place. I only needed 10 minutes with the optometrist. There were excuses about running behind. The waiting room was packed and others were frustrated. I tried to book an online appt on 02/24/25 for mid march. Received an email that someone would confirm. Two weeks go by and I called to confirm. Got a voicemail box and no return calls or emails. I will look else where. Appears they do not care!
