Very nice people and Very well Organized.
I've been a pt here for a long time and the staff they currently have arr very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I set up a appointment online and they did not have it. What is the use of scheduling online if your system is not communicating. Also trying to get ahold of anyone to Ever answer the phone is ridiculously annoying, They never answer , and to top it off the recording still has that we are in Covid! Dr. Carlisle is awesome and attentive and obviously cares about his patients' vision. He has been helpful in getting the right fit for my specialized contacts. It's a disappointment that I can't schedule an appointment because every time I call it goes to voicemail. When I leave a vm nobody ever gets back to me. So they must have "low staffing because of the pandemic" even though it's been years since the height of it.
