They have apparently fired their nicest employees so you are now forced to work with their "lead engineers," who are probably the rudest people on the west coast. I have literally seen them make some of my coworkers cry for "wasting their time." The two saleswomen are nice enough, but then again, you're not calling them fix your computer issues.
