Good person and good doctor
For everyones information, Dr. Orbeck is closing his practice at the end of September and has not notified his patients. All patients will be left without a family doctor as he is not transferring his patients to new family doctor.
I am just tired, calling them .No one picks up the phone.
Dr. Blake is great, but the secretary is rude, hostile, and incompetent. Just trying to get an appointment is horrible, never mind anything the least bit complicated like test results.
The secretary is rude and absolutely impossible to deal with. She’ll tell you the doctor will return your call but she doesn’t even relay the message to him. Dr. Blake is great but he should hire a secretary with integrity better interpersonal skills.
