I have been a client of this fabulous salon for the last few years. I've always had a great experience and my hair has never been in such great condition. I had a recent session that ended up with a result that was not exactly something I comfortable with. I let it go for a few days as I was loathe to bring it to the salon's attention as they are always brilliant. But alas! I had a really poor visit — the staff did not seem to know how to properly colour hair, and they didn’t even blow-dry my hair before sending me home. I was still charged a high amount despite the service being incomplete. On top of that, I was left with visible colour stains all around my forehead. Overall, very unhappy with the customer service and the quality of the work. I won’t be returning.
