Sorry but so disappointed to have been sent home looking like this after spending $90 for a wash and blow dry… I have never experienced this mess before, not to mention I was burnt by the hot metal part on the end of the brush, which I’ve been smothering with burn cream since I got home! *Edited to add this mornings photo and this comment… I was told as I was leaving that I could run a hair straightener through it to fix it if I needed… after I stated at the beginning of my appointment that I was getting a wash and blow dry ... read more

I'll start by saying that I found Nolene and Lauren delightful. My cut seems nice, and I hope to be able to maintain it over the next few weeks. I was mildly surprised by how poor the coffee was, considering the location and prices of the services provided. What did take me aback though, was having a staff member seated next to me eating a pungent lunch while her hair was being treated (at least, I think her hair was being treated). I popped in off the street to get my son who attends boarding school an easy, neat short back and sides haircut. The lad that cut it fluffed around snipping and gripping his hair. We walked out $85 later looking absolutely not much different to when we walked in. My son was in tears and I was very disappointed with the whole salon experience. What an absolute waste of money!

Had my hair washed and blow-dried by Josh and he did an amazing job! He was also so lovely to chat to, which made the whole experience even better. Another great visit to Orbe. Thanks Josh and team :)
