Pricey and customer service is not there, rather support a small business next time
Came here looking to print business cards. I wanted to print 500 business cards. First, why was I being charged $200 for 500 business cards that felt and looked the same quality as the staples business cards. I am not at the scale yet where I need bulk business cards (i.e 10k+ cards). Second, I did not like customer service from the front desk. I enjoyed the entire process. The install was fast, the front desk was very communicative throughout the entire process.
We place an order with this printshop, they promise that it will be ready in 3 days and it's been 7 and is not even ready...
