I recently purchased a set of custom shirts for my business, all came with prints that were off center from the backline and were misaligned on my business name placed on the chest. I expressed all of these concerns from the sample graphic they sent me before final printing and they assured me they would not come out misaligned. They are great if all you want is a menu/sign made but if you are a restaurant stay away. As we all know restaurants are constantly changing their prices orb does not care they will ignore your emails for price increase stickers for weeks maybe months costing you thousands of dollars in potential profit while you wait. Restaurant do yourself a favor and go with someone else who has better customer service and doesn’t ignore you. after all as we know the customers are ultimately the ones who pay are bills.
