Best experience I've ever had with a crown replacement. Initial numbing shot scarcely felt. Dr. Shao has a very gentle touch & is considerate of how long your mouth is open.

My wife has been a patient here for years, even before the business changed ownership. Unfortunately, her experience in recent visits has not been positive. She has repeatedly been pressured to have her wisdom teeth removed, despite making it clear that she does not want the procedure. Each time she declined, staff continued to push the issue, sometimes using scare tactics about possible future problems or making comments that felt dismissive of her decision. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shao and his amazing team! From the moment you walk into the office, you're greeted with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere—the space is clean, modern, and calming. I had an excellent first visit at Ovation Dental with Dr. Shao. The entire staff for my appointment was warm, friendly, and knowledgable. My dental hygienist gave me an incredibly thorough cleaning and I really appreciated all the information she gave me about what tools she was using, my dental care, and recommendations for next steps.
