Dr. Shao and his staff always go above and beyond. They are always nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They all work well together making my visits smooth and as enjoyable (it’s still the dentist) as possible. Dr. Shao is knowledgeable, gentle, and knows how to explain things to ensure you fully understand the process and what to expect. I cannot say enough good things. Keep up the good work!
Friendly and professional. Great dentist.
I highly recommend Ovation Dental. Dr. Karl Shao is an excellent dentist who is professional, thorough, and caring. He explained everything clearly and helped me feel at ease. Angela did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was gentle, skilled, and very friendly. The whole team provided outstanding care and made the visit a positive experience. I will definitely return!
