I have been seeing Dr B for over 10 years, and the negative reviews are upsetting, to say the least. He has taken excellent care of me, including members of my family, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They are treating patient like a customer, not a patient. If you ask any question they will convert each thing to a separate problem and bill you big money. If you call them back they will not even talk to you. Please find some other facility, not this one. Trust me.

Dr. Bartolomeo is an excellent physician. I met him initially working as an RN in an AL facility where he was seeing residents. I was always so impressed with the way he managed to ensure resident's needs were wholly met, both while visiting them in person at the facility or being just a phone call away when we nurses needed him for them. Dr. Bartolomeo took care of my parents in an assisted living facility over several years. They had dementia, but few complicated medical problems. During this time I found him to be a poor communicator who failed repeatedly to give explanations for changes in their management. In my direct interaction with him, he was sometimes unprofessional. He doesn't respond to requests for calls for explanation. When I finally had enough, his office ignored attempts my attempts to transfer medical record
Dr B is amazing, been going to him for years and so has everyone in my family ranging from 20-80 years. Very well informed and caring. I can always get an appointment right away. Highly recommend
I've been going to Dr. Bartolomeo for several years and he is the best! They are always able to squeeze me in and he knows what he's doing. Their office staff is also very friendly!
I like Dr B however his receptionist is rude and makes it extremely difficult to obtain refills. I've literally had to call for three days to get a refill many times and each time I called the office back to ask again I've been made to feel like an inconvenience calling again by an exacerbated receptionist who tells me she has other patients to assist. Really terrible people skills at the front desk which is a shame because Dr B is a good guy.
I've been going to Dr. B since I was a child, and now he is also my sons doctor. He has always been my first choice when it comes to medical decisions and care. I have no problem traveling the 30-40 minutes to see him because its worth it. You just cant get a better, more genuine and caring doctor.
