I have had my loupes and spark light for just over two years and I have had multiple problems in that time. Due to them being unnecessary in my job for the first year after purchase they were not used at all for the the first year after graduation. After about a month of actually using them at a job I started in general practice the strap broke which I replaced at my own cost which was not reimbursed after I notified customer service when the next thing broke. I’ve had a fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. The product quality is excellent, and delivery was incredibly quick and efficient. Very happy with my loupes. The real highlight though, was my experience with Richard. He took the time to explain all of the products clearly and helped me decide what was truly right for me. No question was too big or too small — he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

I was able to meet with Kim Carpenter for an Orascoptic appointment and I was super impressed by how she was able to tailor a specific set of loupes for my personal preference and need. This was probably the easiest decision to make for such a major investment in my dental career and that was all due to Kim’s efforts to create a seamless and enjoyable experience with Orascoptic.
