Saw the dog walker review and needed to respond... You don't even live here!! You walk your dog on our property and got mad cuz manager got on you for not picking up their poop!! I lived here forever, moved to Tx and came back to exact apt complex and same apt!. I've NEVER experienced anything you claim, and have NEVER had roaches!! Smh Complex is clean, maintenance is efficient and management is top notch. I choose to live here for above reasons. Great and very clean apartments. Leasing manager Cynthia is a great property manager. Was always helpful and insightful to all the rules and regulations regarding property. Recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment or townhome in the northern phoenix area.
I’ve been a nearby resident for years and have always respected the property and community. Lately, though, things have taken a nosedive under new management. Management now aggressively targets people walking near the property with unfounded accusations. It seems like they’ve made up their minds before they even approach you. Meanwhile, the actual issues? Completely ignored. Roaches are common, stray cats run wild, and there’s regular unhoused foot traffic from the nearby freeway, not exactly a secure or well-kept place. Th... read more
