My 81 year old father, who has been a loyal customer at Orangeville Toyota, took his corolla out for an oil change on June 9th. The appointment was booked for a basic oil change, but other services were recommended by the service advisor. My dad stated very clearly that all he wanted was an oil change. He waited patiently for an hour until the car was ready. He paid for his service and went out to his car. Upon looking at his invoice he noticed he was charged for 2 units of bulk washer fluid.
