Been going here for 8 years! Never thought a workout class would be for me. It's as challenging as you want to make it, and every workout is different. I love all the challenges and opportunities to get PRs. Coaches are experienced and professional.
Love it coming up on approximately 280 classes and just over a year. All the coaches are amazing and I love going.

Orange Theory has truly changed my life! I'm so happy that over a year ago I decided to take my first class with them. From being able to run faster, run for longer bursts, to lifting heavier, and lifting with better form, joining OTF has been the best decision I've made. I liked this studio! They have the newer treadmills and Y Bells, which is nice. I also liked that I got there for the first class of the day and the instructor let us in early to warm up. Not all the studios do that but I appreciated it. Overall a great workout and studio!
