Overall, this is an amazing gym. It's always clean, the coaches are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I've been a member since June 2024 and have seen great results. Every time I walk through the door, I know Coach Collin has my back and will push me to get the most out of every 60-minute workout. I love Orange Theory and attend Ardmore studio 3 times a week. I had something to do in Springfield and signed up for a class at that location. I was late due to traffic from center city. Ran in - plenty of space. No - I cannot get in and I have to pay for cancelled class. I am unlimited member and Ardmore studio is very tolerant of people coming from the city and accommodating and welcoming. I thought it was bad that none of these OTF locations seem to have anyone to answer the phone. So...I literally just went into the Springfield, Pa location (State Rd & Sproul Rd) in person... Literally nobody in the entire building. Nobody at the front desk. Nobody in the office past the front desk. Nobody in the rest of the rooms down the hallway. Nobody in the workout area.
