My wife and I have been members since this location opened, and we couldn’t be happier. The coaches, especially, are a delight. They make a really effort to get to know the members, are super-personable and enthusiastic, and do a great job of attending to individuals while keeping the classes running smoothly. I strongly recommend!!

If I could rate a zero star I would for the front desk staff. They will try to get you into a membership and then act nonchalant when it comes to cancellation, deliberately make situations with getting hard to communicate so they squeeze every penny. Maya and Celine beware!! Once they know you have solid plans to leave, they get RUDE! Very sweet to get you in then mean when they know you want to exit, good luck getting returning clients this way OT in davis only has these many clients because other HIIT places are yet to o... read more

I’ve been going here since this location opened and love it. The staff is super friendly and motivating. I appreciate how the workouts are balanced and let you work at your level. I’ve been trying to get in shape for years and this is the first thing I was sticking with and seeing results.
