This place has been a game changer for me. I’ve been stuck in my ‘college days” workout and hanging on to that routine in my 40s wasn’t working. I was skeptical at first about Orange Theory, and now I am 100% bought-in! In just 55 minutes I burn 800 to 1,000 calories and I’m splattin’ all over the place. The Coaches are incredible. Training staff is TOPS!!! Front desk is so friendly. You feel like family when you walk in. And Coach Blair is my favorite!
The best place to be! The classes are fun, the music is always on point, and the staff is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Great energy, great workouts, and a great group of people!
I love Orangetheory. I’ve been going for years and have even taken classes in other cities I’ve travelled too. Orangetheory East has the best staff of any location I’ve ever been too. They’ve helped me overcome challenges and get in the best shape of my life.
