I called last week as I have been sick for 6 weeks (Covid, flu, and a virus) asked to have my 4 classes held for 2 weeks as I was hoping to be able to come back by then Once I had recovered. The person said they would out a note on my file and the manager would address it. Instead they cancelled all of my classes and left me a voice mail on Halloween to get 50% off a new membership if I joined by end of day.
Staff is so friendly, easy setup process, overall great experience. I’m happy I found a gym that makes me feel comfortable!
It’s a community, the staff know me by name, the workouts are very challenging and it’s always different! My experience has been amazing.

Everyone knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable and confident, while simultaneously helping me challenge myself safely as I returned.
