I have been really enjoying the classes since February 2025. I am consistently challenged with the workouts provided and look forward to my OTF days during the week outside of my other physical activities. I especially enjoy the different challenge days, and the class format is easy to follow. Coaches are supportive and assist with correcting form and holding you accountable to reach your goals in a safe and structured manner. Great gym
First: Ignore a lot of these reviews as they were part of an in studio promo-leave a review and get entered to win a prize! This location is FULL of high school level BS because the majority of the coaches are maybe 5 years removed from high school. The only coaches who had maturity and true leadership left by the end of 2024. Unless you're a runner or a morning class attendee, there is virtually no support or recognition within this studio. Great place! The staff is very professional and create an inviting community atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone close by or visiting.
