I’ve never been a gym person but joined OTF to get my body (and myself) back in the thick of my postpartum era. Not only have I lost 25 of my 40-pound weight loss goal, but I feel stronger and healthier and overall happier in my body. Thanks to the coaches who pushed me to go a little harder, to go with the heavier weights, and to keep showing up for myself - especially when I didn’t think I had it in me. I can’t thank the OTF community enough for helping me find me again. 🥹💪🏾🧡

Orangetheory Hamden is a fantastic place to work out! The coaches are motivating, welcoming, and do a great job of making every workout challenging while still being approachable. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is energetic, and there’s a great sense of community. I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. Highly recommend Orangetheory Hamden to anyone looking for a fun, effective workout and a supportive team!
