I went there and was treated kind of rudely, particularly by the older looking woman with blonde hair. I wanted to inquire about membership prices but they refused to answer my questions and said I could leave my number… despite the gym being open and obviously having two minutes to spare to answer my brief questions. It seemed like they just didn’t want me to be a customer at their gym.
So good!! Love all the coaches, the atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and empowering. 12/10 recommend Orange Theory Hamden!

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this studio. I came in for a trial class with my younger sister, who is a teenager and Chinese. She was fully registered in the system, and her name was even written on the welcome board. She arrived before me, told the front desk she was there for the class, and said she needed to use the restroom. Instead of welcoming her, they turned her away and sent her back outside.
