I wrote the below review—and good news! Orange Theory Scarsdale now has the new weights. I used them today. Thank you soooo much! (Older review below.) 5 stars now instead of 4! :) I love the classes, the coaches, the music, the service and management. I wish the gym at this location would buy and have available more 15 and 20 lb. weights. All the members politely do their best to share these, but these weights are in demand. I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the Scarsdale OrangeTheory location. I signed up for a free class, eager to give it a try based on the great things I’ve heard. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating. I was running late due to heavy traffic but still was scheduled to arrive 10 minutes before the class started. The Orange Theory location in Scarsdale, NY, offers a top-notch experience with a clean and well-maintained facility. Julia was exceptionally encouraging, pushing me to challenge myself while maintaining a supportive atmosphere. The workout itself was dynamic and engaging, making it an enjoyable and rewarding session. Highly recommend!

They claimed that recurring payments from my credit card suddenly stopped working after 8 months. I didn’t attend classes during this month due to an injury. They reported that I would still need to pay for that month regardless and if I didn’t then they would send a collection agency after me to get that payment. On top of all this I need to make another monthly payment before I can cancel my membership. This place doesn’t believe in customer service and is not at all interested in retaining their clients.
