I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the Scarsdale OrangeTheory location. I signed up for a free class, eager to give it a try based on the great things I’ve heard. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating. I was running late due to heavy traffic but still was scheduled to arrive 10 minutes before the class started. The Orange Theory location in Scarsdale, NY, offers a top-notch experience with a clean and well-maintained facility. Julia was exceptionally encouraging, pushing me to challenge myself while maintaining a supportive atmosphere. The workout itself was dynamic and engaging, making it an enjoyable and rewarding session. Highly recommend!
They claimed that recurring payments from my credit card suddenly stopped working after 8 months. I didn’t attend classes during this month due to an injury. They reported that I would still need to pay for that month regardless and if I didn’t then they would send a collection agency after me to get that payment. On top of all this I need to make another monthly payment before I can cancel my membership. This place doesn’t believe in customer service and is not at all interested in retaining their clients. I tried to cancel my membership via phone for months. In July they texted me to update my payment method, and I reminded them that I cancelled. They want to charge me AGAIN for "missing the 30 day notification window". HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL THEM I CANCELLED???? The Manager is rude and claims I authorized my membership to be placed on a freeze. They overrode what I stated. And are threating to send the account to collection.
