Love it! Best workout i’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot.
Stopped by twice for a workout while visiting Dallas. Front desk was very friendly in welcoming new guests. Both times I worked out with Coach Morgan and she did a great job. Very energetic and motivating. She did a good job calling out the times and demonstrating all the exercises. Will come here again when visiting Dallas.
The studio is nice and spacious, both the reception area and the workout area. The staff were friendly and made a new studio visit seamless. The workouts are consistent across studios and the coach was awesome. She kept the Tread 50 group engaged while coaching the Strength 50 class. The only reason for the 4 stars would be the outdated treadmills in the studio. Everything else was definitely 5 stars.

I absolutely love this gym! I feel a huge difference just in 4 weeks. Already no flab behind my arms. What?! That’s crazy awesome results! And I love how I can track my workouts & see my metrics. It’s very encouraging.
