really good workout, the place looks and smells great, Josh at the front desk was super laid back and friendly, if you are looking to sign up and are nervous drop by during the afternoon and see Josh he will make you feel right at home!
It is a boutique gym, way too expensive, and a waste of money. Local gyms with different classes offer a better challenge, physically and mentally. The contract is more of a trap. Crunch or New York Sports Club is much better. I took them to small claims court, and right before the trial, they settled with my full refund. So if you really want your money back, take them to court. Their cooperate policy is a full refund if you are not satisfied.
I really enjoy coming to Orangetheory Bayside. I’ve been coming in the afternoon for the past couple months and the workouts are always fun, challenging, motivating, and the energy in the classes keeps me pushing myself. Coaches Doug, Noah, and Sam do a great job of keeping everyone engaged, and I always leave feeling accomplished.
