I started Orangetheory in Clinton, NJ on June 4th after taking several years away from Orangetheory. By chance, it was also coach Kensley’s very first day teaching his own classes. You would never have guessed he was a new instructor. He immediately came across as confident, motivating, and genuinely passionate about coaching. Kensley has been the best instructor I’ve worked with so far. His energy is contagious, his classes are fun, and he knows how to push people in an encouraging way. I have literally no idea how this OT stays in business. You try to book a class on a Saturday morning and there’s no classes all day? The girls at the front desk are also rude... you ask to be put on a treadmill because that’s where you wanna start, because you’re paying for these classes (also paying for their jobs) and they tell you no sorry you can only go on a rower. Weird cause the class isn’t anywhere near full? And then when the class starts there’s 5+ open treadmills. Okay I guess I’ll just hop on whatever treadmill ... read more
