Long story short- shady practices. They owe me $110 for a mistake on their part and the GM Abigail never reached out to me like I was told via text (real professional) she would. I don’t care at this point- if you are going to cancel, don’t take their word that your account was actually cancelled. You need to sign a form and get a copy for yourself. Yesterday was my first experience at an Orangetheory Fitness and I couldn't recommend it enough. As someone who wants to be more active but often does not have the knowledge of where to start in terms of a full body workout, this was the perfect solution for me. I'm excited to going back for my next visit!
I have to admit, I went into this OT experience not expecting much, but it definitely surprised me! The workouts were challenging enough to get a great calorie burn while mixing in solid cardio and lifting. The front desk staff Desiree was fantastic she was always greeting us with a smile, whether it was early morning or afternoon, and always super helpful.
