I have been coming to Orangetheory for a year and I do not have one regret the team members the coaches the clientele is just like a huge family it's amazing, you got a great workout and the energy and the music if you want all of that, this class is definitely for you!
I used to be a ballroom dance instructor. I never really had to work out because my body was naturally fit from the dancing. But I got married 15 years ago and stopped dancing and just came to a realization that I was unhappy with my physical state.
