This is a great local place to workout. The space is big enough and they dont pack the classes. Reception is really nice! Evan is the best and Coach Nick is a blast!!!
I started at this gym nervous and confused but was encouraged by my best friend to give it a go. Best decision I could’ve ever made for myself was signing up!! The staff here is truly amazing! DO NOT TAKE CLASS FROM JESSE!!!!!!!!!!! I have been going to the Astoria location for months now & love the positive atmosphere, the coaches, & front desk! I have never had an issue until yesterday. Coach Jesse verbally abused me the entirety of the class. He yelled at me over the microphone multiple times & told me I had an attitude loudly in front of other customers.
