OTF locations never disappoint, and OTF Flower Mound was no exception. The booking and check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The icing on the cake was getting to take OG Coach Dana’s class after a few years. The studio is spacious with a great layout, and the facility is spotless and well-maintained. Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
I really enjoy Leroy's classes, and Mrs Towana is very welcoming!! All of their trainers are great and give good feedback and corrections when needed! It's a clean and pretty cool experience 🤗 I'm glad I joined Update June 2025: I do miss Mrs Towana!! She brought so much positive energy to the place!! 🫶Now it feels like i'm walking into a ghost town! I miss her welcoming spirit! Definitely not the same! Though they've changed, I will say the trainers are still amazing and attentive!!
Easy 5 stars, I joined OTF 2 and half years ago and I never felt like going to any other gym. I love the coaches, staff and how the location is maintained.
The workouts are great and challenging, and the coaches (like Dana and Sarah) are even better. Would strongly recommend to anyone.
This is an awesome fitness center. I have been a member for 3.5 yrs. Excellent trainers, equipments and staff. I look forward to it everyday.
