Love the staff at OTF Augusta. The vibe here has greatly improved. Wonderful coaches and fun front desk staff. If you haven’t been, definitely give it a try. You won’t be disappointed
The only place I willingly get up at 4:00am to go work out at. Orangetheory truly has one of the best workouts out there. Really amazing coaches that push you and motivate you to help you reach your goals.
I just started coming to Orange theory in September, so about two months. And i can say it is a great atmosphere, everything is self paced but the coaches are amazing on helping to push you in an encouraging way!
OT keeps me in shape! You will get a good workout in. Having coaches and staff that are extremely friendly also helps with the motivation to go. I recommend everyone try a class.
