The staff is the best...they make sure i am good before and after class..they make sure to explain things to me...encourage me to go harder...i am 52 yrs old so i might not be the fastest of the class but i get a great workout...
Love it!!! The workouts and coaches are great!
I love this place. I have never been more consistent with my workouts as I have been at OTF! I recommend at least going to the first class, it's free 😊.
