I cannot say enough about how wonderful this community is and I must stress the word COMMUNITY. The owners, staff and coaches have created such a supportive and encouraging environment that it pours into and out of its members. I have never felt so connected to a workout before. I so enjoy working out alongside other otf-ers who’s strength or encouragement inspire me to lift heavier or push that tread speed up and smidge. This studio should set the mold for all other orange theory studios.
Worst experience - may be its the Frederick Location. Not worth the price. Worth looking into other options in the area.
I've heard of OTF for years but had not taken a class until recently. I was looking for something that I didn't have to think but helped me create a workout routine that I could be excited about and OTF is that. But more importantly, I'm such a fan of the community that the staff and coaches create. The coaches are so knowledgeable, helpful and kind it creates this welcoming environment that I haven't seen in other gyms.
