Great workout. I enjoy the programming. The variations keep it interesting.
Normally visiting an OTF location is a positive experience...unfortunately this was not the case for this location. The class and coach were both wonderful. In arriving for class, I was made aware of a 5-minute policy as I arrived. This is not something I've experienced locally as both a member/staff, so this was new for me. While I always strive to follow policy, I do appreciate communication of said policy prior to arriving. That was not the case. Have been coming here for years and today showed up 6 minutes late and was not permitted entry into class. They said I was past the 5 minute entry window. This policy is not clear and I have never been made aware of this before in the 5 years that I've been an OT client. When my class pack is done I will never be coming here again nor recommending it to anyone. I'm a nurse and struggled to get out of work on time and to class and after all that effort, was refused entry. I'm furious.
Absolutely love this studio. Energy is amazing and coaches fantastic. Love all their gentle exercise corrections!!!
I joined OTF Ghent (Norfolk) in May and I love it! This is the most consistent I have worked out since high school. Great coaches & fun atmosphere.
