When I went in for my first class, I was super excited and couldn't wait to join. As a student working multiple jobs, finding the time to go was hard, especially when some locations REQUIRE a card to book a class while you are already paying $70 + a month. I found myself actually not being able to go to any classes, and when I asked to cancel, they told me I have to pay a cancellation fee with an additional charge for membership. They need "a 30 day cancellation policy," so no matter when you cancel, you would be charged add... read more
Not for strength training. Cardio is okay. Too much trouble to get out of membership. Front office folks are friendly. Not a good experience overall.
Visiting while out of town. The front desk staff were great. The coach seemed a bit indifferent, engaged, but not as personable as the coaches I am used to at my home studios. Great workout and great front desk staff.
Julian does a great job
This is the best workout!!! It’s personal training without the cost.
