You can’t review Orangetheory without reviewing it as an exercise program and how that studio manages it. In terms of studio, I have been to several studios in the greater Cincinnati area and Montgomery is by far my favorite. The coaches are very friendly, make a point to say hello, high five or fist bump, encourage you to push yourself, motivate you to keep going, and are always willing to help with questions on technique or alternative exercises. This studio is always freezing. They say everyone complains they get hot and sweaty unless the A/C is blasting. Pretzel logic.
My home studio was getting new treadmills so I drove up the street to Montgomery. Coach Ajia brought the energy and was upbeat. Highly recommend!
My sister and I tried what we thought was a free class at orange theory because we’re interested in signing up. After the class when we told them that we are currently tied in another membership and needed to get out of it before committing to anything we were met with total hostility.
