I've only been to a single class, but it was fast-paced, challenging and fun. The whole staff from the desk to the coaches have been super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to follow-up visits.
Orange Theory has great workouts, great staff, clean, also very effective. It offers a fun fitness community as well.

Owensboro OTF is amazing🤩 Coaches and staff are great and I love the energy of this place. It is completely contagious! Members are great and welcoming of any newbies walking through the door. So come try out this place. You won’t regret it.
Walking into Orange Theory for the first time was nerve racking. But I quickly realized that it would be the start of a new chapter for me! I love the coaches, community, and detailed workouts we do! Everything is organized and the fact all we have to do is show up is awesome! I can fit a workout in without all the stress of mapping it out! Thank you OTF Owensboro!
