Worked out here twice while I was traveling around Atlanta for a week! The instructors were so helpful, funny and personable. They also had community events going on.
Fire your front desk staff. Entitled with no customer service skills. I don't care that you're a twenty something who thinks they know everything about the world - you have a lot to learn and it's embarrassing to have children in charge of this expensive of a fitness studio.
Great staff, clean facility, OUTRAGEOUS cancellation policy.
