I’ve done Orangetheory Royal Oak in the past on and off but have just joined their Transformation Challenge and going more frequently and I am feeling a so much better in general. I want to specifically shout out the front staff and coaches- the front staff are always positive, willing to accommodate, and helpful, they are the backbone of the place. I can’t say enough good things about this location (Main Street RO) I went in for my first session and was greeted by the friendliest guy. He gave me a tour, an excellent run down of what I should expect and answered all of my questions along with reassuring me not to be nervous (I had no clue what I was doing). My experience got even better once meeting my instructor Nicole! She was amazing, she walked me through what we will be doing through out the class and showed me how to use the equipment. I go to orangetheory in another state so the studio was new to me. This location had me on a waitlist, and I called 5 times over 2 days to ask what the likely hood i would get off the waitlist. They never answered their calls. I didn't want to cancel my class bc of the penalty but at that the same time I never got notified if I was off the waitlist. I went to the studio for the class and they put me in. But the lack of communication was frustrating.
