Did NOT have a pleasant experience. Kristina M had me leave my phone in the lobby which is understandable to avoid distractions. But I told them about my daughter how I needed to have it in the vicinity due to her underlying condition. They insisted that I left it in the lobby despite knowing that it was ONLY Incase of an emergency situation. Not only did she come across as imperious but lacking empathy for serious matters. I've been going to this studio for over five years now. The staff are super friendly, the coaches are great, and it has a nice sense of community. Would highly recommend!
This studio is totally ok. A solid 2.5 stars. I visited here from a studio I love in another state for a few weeks and was taken aback by the front desk staff who hardly looked up when I walked in the door and seem inconvenienced by having to write my name down for a workout. The workout experience was fine. Trainers are decent and vary (some were really good!) but overall they could be more personable and real and tone down the fake enthusiasm. In one week I think I heard the same exact playlist 3 times, which was annoying.... read more
