This company is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I don’t even live in the state this studio is located in, yet they continue to call and text me about someone else’s delinquent account. I’ve already contacted them previously, and they even confirmed that I’m not the person they’re looking for—but the harassment hasn’t stopped. They clearly have no control over their records or communication practices.

I’ve done Orangetheory Royal Oak in the past on and off but have just joined their Transformation Challenge and going more frequently and I am feeling a so much better in general. I want to specifically shout out the front staff and coaches- the front staff are always positive, willing to accommodate, and helpful, they are the backbone of the place. Bad experience with billing. After giving 30 day notice they still are charging my card.
